TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All orders placed by telephone must be confirmed in writing or by email.
  2. Orders are acknowledged by email or telephone. 
  3. Payment is due within 21 days of receipt of the invoice, which will be included in the packaging parcel unless other arrangements have been made,
  4. Rosettes will be despatched by courier. Hand delivery of rosettes incurs a MINIMUM of £10 plus milage, but it maybe possible to arrange collection.
  5. ALL orders are subject to a packing charge of atleast £5 depending on size of order - not applicable on some event rosettes birthdays etc.
  6. Teme Valley Rosettes cannot be held responsible for any copyright infringement when clients use their own motif or logo.
  7. All measurements and descriptions and prices on the website are approximate.
  8. Teme Valley Rosettes reserve the right to substitute any materials should the need arise.
  9. Teme Valley Rosettes reserve the right to refuse part or all of any order, and the right to refuse to print any offensive wording.
  10. All orders are despatched with the utmost of care but regrettably once they have left our premises we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.  Please check your order on receipt and inform us within 48 hours of any problems.
  11. Customers are required to keep us up to date (preferably in writing or e-mail) if they:
    a) move house
    b) Change contact details - phone numbers etc
    c) Change the person in charge of ordering/handling the rosettes.
  12. Teme Valley Rosettes cannot be held responsible for any accidents involving the hook, pin or any other components of the rosette, badge or ribbon award.
  13. Teme Valley Rosettes reserve the right to make a charge for any complicated or large number of settings, or small orders.  For orders received with less than two weeks’ notice, a charge of 10% of the total order (excluding handling charge and postage) will be added.
  14. Customers may be required to purchase a Magnesium printing die to customise the centres of their rosettes, this costs between £20 and £30 depending on the motif artwork required. Centre plates remain the property of Teme Valley Rosettes.

i.e initial set up for Gold blocking of tails = £1
Charge per tail printed = 25p
Change of wording (re-setting) = 50p per word or 10p per letter

 

PAYMENT

Payment of the invoice is due within 21 days of the invoice date.  Please make cheques payable to ‘Kate Shew TVR ’.  If payment is unable to be made within the specified time, please inform us as soon as possible.  Thank you for your order.
